You can hire the studio and producer’s time on a hourly basis starting from of £65 per 2 hrs ( but negotiable depending on eventual early bird/bundle discounts

The studio is perfect for composing, producing, mixing and mastering any kind of music, and for video editing/cutting. Nice for you that enjoy to see the sun or the stars during your long studio hours; but curtains are available if you don't.

The hardware gear is of top-notch standard, with focus on cool analog outboard and synths, Neumann U87 condenser mic, tube preamps and mastering and the more powerful DAW money can buy ( please see photos/kit list ). This makes quite a bargain of it at this price, and added to this, if needed you can book our in-house engineer during your slot for as little as £20 per hour one-shot, continuous rates can be negotiated. Even if you need to bring your gear we're happy to find a space for it as long as we have it and for no extra charge.

Monthly slot rates without engineer

(assistance will be available anyway until you’re not familiar with our setup)

Daytime slot h 11-18 one weekly day is £110 per month

Evening slot h 18-23 one weekly evening is £150 per month

Flexible slots may be available too, ask!

Also you can book one-off, depending on when/how long/ with or without engineer rates may vary, as said above call/txt/watsapp 07747413954 for realtime infos

And you can book our in-house engineer for £20 per hour during your slot, negotiable in case of  long/repeated shifts

One month deposit is requested when booking monthly slots, advance payment is requestred when booking one-offs. For one off bookings deposit is refunded within 2 working days.

For monthly hire, deposit is refunded only after last session.

We will also ask you for ID about monthly slots
